WALLPAPER. GETS ANIMATED FOR “LIQUID TELEVISION”

NEW MUSIC VIDEO FOR SECOND SINGLE “F*CKING BEST SONG EVERRR” DEBUTED ON MTV FOLLOWING AN ALL NEW EPISODE OF JERSEY SHORE

While “#STUPiDFACEDD” continues to swell as the undeniable back-to-school anthem, Wallpaper.’s next single, “F*CKING BEST SONG EVERRR,” is about to take charge. MTV will help launch the expletive-derived pop ditty with a new video, set to premiere tonight immediately following a new episode of MTV’s Jersey Shore at 10pm ET/PT, to be shown partially during credits. The animated music video, created by Christy Karacas (Super Jail, Cartoon Sushi), is the first content to be commissioned by MTVX for “Liquid Television,” and will beis available on LiquidTelevision.com immediately following. Soon after, the music video will go into rotation across MTV’s channels, including AMTV, AMTV2, MTV2, mtvU and MTV Hits, and be featured on MTV.com and MTV Mobile.

The party-inducing quartet are continuing their onslaught on tour, making their way across the country, leaving sweaty danced-on floors behind. “Wallpaper. put on one of the most refreshing and energetic performances we’ve seen in quite some time,” wrote the Houston Press. The rambunctious group, lead by the sassy, self-indulgent Ricky Reed and rounded out by two drummers as well as the ever-charismatic Novena Carmel, will step it up alongside Gym Class Heroes and The Dirty Heads, on their U.S. co-headline fall tour, starting in Cleveland, October 31. The SF Weekly warned: “Better set your good times to Reed’s infectious swagger now, while it’s still easy.”

Wallpaper.’s #STUPiDFACEDD EP, featuring eight new original songs including the single and title track, is currently available. The genre-bending collection plays out like a schizophrenic, dancefloor-ready soundtrack that never strays from pop-heavy hooks, complete with anthemic sing-alongs. “His sound can’t be defined easily; it’s a strange amalgamation of dance grooves, hip-hop beats and experimental instruments, however it melds together perfectly,” wrote the Examiner.
