Elaine Faye is a San Diego/ Los Angeles based singer/songwriter whose music blends soul, pop, and a touch of folk creating a unique take on southern California soul. With influences ranging from Lauryn Hill to Adele, Amos Lee to Sarah Vaughan, she has spent the past several years developing her sound and sharing her heart with audiences that grasp her music for a quirky but heartfelt experience and an emotional connection. Elaine’s music can be heard on numerous college, local, and internet radio stations and now in the air if you happen to be flying Delta Airlines.
In addition to writing and recording, Elaine spends much of her time performing and has been privileged enough to be apart of some amazing opportunities this year such as performing on the set of In Style network reality series Ruby, Bonnaroo Music Festival, and the Sunset Strip Music Festival. Elaine has also been recently chosen by MTV and Extreme Music to be a part of their new music venture Hype Music. Her first LP Matters Of The Heart was self released in Spring 2010 and her forthcoming EP is set to be released early 2012.
